Instructions

1
Melt your butter and let it cool for about 20 minutes so it’s no longer warm.
2
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
3
In another bowl, mix the cooled melted butter with both sugars until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, then stir until everything is blended evenly.
4
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and gently fold with a rubber spatula just until the flour disappears and the dough comes together.
5
Stir in the M&Ms, white chocolate chunks, pretzel pieces, potato chips, and holiday sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
6
Use a 1 1/2-ounce ice cream scoop to portion the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
7
Chill the dough balls in the fridge for 1 hour (or in the freezer for 30 minutes if you're short on time).
8
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake six dough balls at a time for 13–15 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through.
9
Remove the cookies from the oven and gently press a round cookie cutter around the edges to shape them. While still warm, add extra M&Ms or sprinkles on top for decoration.
