Instructions

1
Start by turning on your oven to 375°F so it’s warm and ready when you are, and lightly grease a baking dish so nothing sticks later.
2
Boil jumbo pasta shells in salted water until they’re just tender but still have a little bite—about as long as the package says. Drain them well and set aside.
3
In a big bowl, stir together shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ricotta, half the mozzarella, buffalo sauce, a pinch of garlic powder, ranch dressing, and some chopped green onions until everything is evenly mixed and creamy.
4
One at a time, spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each shell until it’s nicely packed and spilling out the ends a little.
5
Arrange the filled shells snugly in the greased baking dish so they’re all in a single layer.
6
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella evenly over the top of the shells so every bite gets that golden, gooey goodness.
7
Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the filling is hot all the way through.
8
Scatter a handful of fresh green onions on top right before serving if you like a little extra color and crunch.
