4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoonsalt

3/4 cupcrumbled feta cheese

Pat the chicken breasts dry, then sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Warm a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Lay the chicken in and sear 5–6 minutes per side until it’s golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

In a small pan, gently warm the honey over low heat, then stir in red pepper flakes and apple cider vinegar. Let it bubble gently for 1–2 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit 5 minutes so the flavors mingle.

Set the chicken on a platter and scatter crumbled feta all over the top.
