Instant Pot Chicken Tenderloins
These juicy chicken tenderloins cook up in a flash in your Instant Pot, ready to enjoy with dips or on salads.

1 poundchicken tenderloins (fresh or frozen)
1 cupchicken broth

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in the Instant Pot using the sauté function. While it heats up, lightly brush 1/2 tablespoon of oil over the chicken tenderloins. Mix your seasonings in a shallow dish, then coat the chicken strips by pressing the seasoning all around them.

Add the seasoned chicken tenders to the hot pot and brown them for 1-2 minutes per side, just until they turn light golden. Use tongs to move them to a plate.

Pour in the chicken broth, place the trivet inside with the handles up, and set the chicken strips on top. Cancel the sauté function, then cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 3 minutes. Then quickly release any remaining pressure. Serve the warm chicken tenders with your favorite dips like ranch, BBQ, or honey mustard.
