Instructions
1
Lay each slice of crustless bread flat and gently press it out a bit with a rolling pin or the back of a spoon so it doesn’t resist rolling.
2
Place one whole Kinder Chocolate bar along the edge of each flattened slice, then roll it up tightly so the chocolate stays snug inside.
3
In a small bowl whisk the egg and milk together until you have a smooth, even wash.
4
Dip each rolled-up bread tube into the egg wash, turning it so every side gets lightly coated.
5
Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put the coated rolls in the pan and turn them often so they turn evenly golden on all sides, about 4 to 5 minutes.
6
In another small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon together, if you’d like cinnamon sugar.
7
When the rolls are still warm, roll them gently in the cinnamon sugar until every surface has a light, sweet coating.
