sheetpan-chicken-kefta

You guys went bonkers for my sheetpan kefta recipe, so I went ahead and developed a lighter version with chicken. It has some extra herbs and spices that better suit chicken and a new set of condiments/toppings–a roasted tomato salad and a super easy smoked paprika-garlic mayo. I LOVED this, just as much as the sheet pan kefta. You can even switch up the condiments across recipes if you'd like. It'll be good no matter what, I promise
