4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cuphot honey
4 clovesfresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoonsolive oil

2 cupscooked white or brown rice or cooked quinoa
2 cupsmixed vegetables, such as bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas
1/4 cuplow-sodium soy sauce
