This was one of my Nana's favourite meals - and is now one of ours! So super easy to make and so delicious. We usually make it with lots of yogurt so that we get extra masala. But sometimes we do a drier version to serve with Pasta con aglio, olio e peperoncino. In that case, you can even just barbecue these chops but be careful not to dry them out. 1kg makes one dinner for our family of 5.

0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
cilantro, chopped
