Chicken and Beef Flautas
I used to eat taquitos/flautas everyday after school but never really knew how to make them, nor ever made them on my own. At the core, of course we love taquitos or flautas, its cheesy meat wrapped in a fried tortilla. I searched the internet to try and decide if I should go chicken, or beef, and landed on both. Both very easily, both similar in flavors, but after eating the,, I realized both are very different in taste experience! In this recipe I made a cheesy chicken flautas, and a smoky, cheesy and beef version as well! For the condiment, I made it easy and combined two staples, red enchilada sauce and nacho cheese, to bring you a red nacho cheese sauce!
