Ceviche de Pato Duck Stew
La primera vez que escuché ceviche de pollo o pato no entendía porque ese nombre ya que el ceviche es completamente diferente, supongo que el hecho de agregarle jugo de limón, cebolla en juliana y culantro le da ese nombre. Técnicamente es un guiso o estofado, así que podría ser llamado estofado de pato/pollo sin problema. Aquí les dejo la receta de mi versión, simple y buenazo! [The first time I heard of chicken or duck ceviche, I didn't understand why it was called that since ceviche is completely different. I suppose the fact of adding lemon juice, julienned onion, and cilantro gives it that name. Technically it's a stew or casserole, so it could be called duck/chicken stew without a problem.
