crispy-veggie-samosas
Crispy samosas for everyone today! I have made these homemade samosas filled with beetroots and potatoes. I am not normally such a huge fan of beetroot and often I get bored eating them with a salad or roasted. Children as well need recipes that are fun. These samosas are fun to make and especially to eat. Thank the filo dough, after the cooking time they are very crispy and your children will love to give them a bite. You can have fun making them with your children ( they are very low risk to have a messy kitchen ) and watch videos with your kids about the lovely art of filo dough. Through a journey of discovering new cultures and flavours. Therefore you can also prepare them and store them raw in your freezer for a couple of months. They will be ready in less than 20 minutes perfect for your kid´s lunch boxes or as a quick snack before swimming lesson perhaps. Potatoes are a great source of energy and Beetroots are rich in vitamin B9 which is fundamental during pregnancy and for children because it helps the red cells to work properly. I love having them paring with a curry yoghurt sauce, would you like the recipe as well? Fun and nutritional are the keywords of this recipe today.
