Chocolate Brioche Fruit Tart
This is a really wonderful and cool brioche fruit tart, inspired by a similar dish I made, a fruit brioche pizza. For some reason, the technique of adding the chocolate hazelnut spread inside the dough and enclosing it made the brioche much fluffier and moister, while also slightly caramelising the chocolate hazelnut spread. So you get this soft brioche chocolate bread with a very subtle crunch inside. On top of that, there’s fresh whipped vanilla cream and an assortment of fruit. To be honest, I think this is such a cool and presentable dish that works incredibly well. Did anyone say date night?! See additional notes below.
