One of my all time favorite summer recipes. It’s delicious and so so so good for you. 😎☀️ Fermenting at home can seem intimidating, but I promise you this recipe is the easiest way to get started! And why are fermented foods even important, you might ask? WELL! Probiotics (found in fermented foods) may help: 🌸support gut health ☀️improve immune system 🦋improve anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues 🐝ease allergies ✨annnnnd is great for skin health. **These are seriously just to name a few.** I originally found the recipe in the book “The Beauty Chef”, and have since adapted it to better fit my own needs/desires. I personally have trouble with peppers so I switched this up to have more garlic, ginger, and a little hot honey all for heat. PS PLEASE TRY TO GET EVERYTHING ORGANIC AND WASH EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY!
