shrimp-and-cheesy-grits

Saw this hack on @tasteofhome and had to try it ! I didn't even stir before putting it in the oven 😲 I did check on it half way and gave it a little mix. I added butter 🧈 and a combo of pepper jack and mozzarella cheese with black pepper and garlic powder and topped with shrimp 🍤. What do you love in your grits?
