This dish will forever have a special place in my heart. 2 years ago I was a college student making cooking videos for fun. The more I cooked and filmed, the more I began to fall in love with this whole thing. I slowly watched as my hobby evolve into a real passion. I remember the night I made this dish–as I was eating, my twin brother FaceTimed me to catch up; I showed him the dish I made. "Nat, this is the dish that'll put me on the map", I said. "It's only up from here". I just knew that this dish would spark something, and I was right. The video I posted on my cracked out rigatoni was the first one ever to hit over 100K views on TikTok. A huge milestone for me at the time. At the time, I had a following of only around 1000; since then I've gained at least a few more. Today I am a full time content creator running full steam toward my cooking dream. And this was the dish that sparked it all. It is my privilege and honor to share this recipe with you.
