bolognese-pressure-cooker-version
Bolognese turns out wonderfully in the pressure cooker. After coming to pressure, it cooks in 30 minutes. And after browning the meat & veg, you basically dump the rest of the ingredients in. We have with spaghetti, or just dip garlic bread in! Of course, it's still always better the next day. This is one recipe where you really want to prep all your ingredients ahead of time. You can sauté and brown everything in the pressure cooker, but I prefer the surface area of a pig pan.
