Luscious Green Goddess Pasta Sauce: a Wholesome Vegan Delight in 10 Minutes
To avoid wasting food, when my greens are going bad, I throw them in the blender with some cashews, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and a little water and then pour them on top of noodles. As an example, I have thrown a blend of wilted mixed salad, spinach, cilantro, parsley, and basil together.
