There are many different types of beets to choose from such as golden, Chioggia, and striped. This savory beet salsa is a versatile condiment that complements so many different dishes, such as quinoa and roasted vegetables. One of my favorite pairings for beet salsa is Baked Potato Fries or Chips—I know it sounds a little strange, but you have to try it! I put these two foods together one day out of desperation, and it was a perfect snack that left me full and satisfied. In addition, the digestive benefits are spot on for a snack.
