Hen Xuc Banh Trang (vietnamese Baby Clams)
We’re back but in another familiar kitchen! Got to visit my dear friend @groovyfoodiess and we made a special Vietnamese dish called Hến Xúc Bánh Tráng. It’s salty, seafood-y, slightly sweet, and extra savory all in one crispy rice cracker bite. Making the puffed bánh tráng is also like magic. One min in the microwave and it becomes an organic center (edible) piece. This is also my beloved childhood appetizer, I used to ask for it everytime my family would go out to eat. Now we’re here, having it on Sarah’s balcony- I couldn’t ask for a better moment than this. Hope you all enjoy this one, ahhhh!💛
