Bring on all the Fall feelz with this deeeelicious Apple Hand Pie. Flaky crust and sweet, lemony, cinnamon-y apples all in a handheld lil pie. What more could you ask for?! While it may look intense, this recipe is actually quite easy! And made even easier if you just buy some premade dough! (But I promise the homemade stuff is so so so good) *We need 2 sheets of pie dough* I personally like to start the dough, then while that is resting I make the apple filling, then while that is chilling I like to cut the dough, then fill etc etc. You get the idea! But you can absolutely fully prep the dough prior to making the apple filling.
