Whether it’s for the Super Bowl or Valentine’s Day, this Neapolitan-style Caprese pizza is a solid choice. Topped with fresh basil pesto, creamy burrata, and slow-roasted cherry tomato confit, then finished with a drizzle of hot honey for that perfect balance of flavors. I used a homemade Neapolitan-style dough in a pizza oven, but any pizza or focaccia will work.
