All-in-one meal, in one pan! The recipe is from Melissa Clark's great cookbook, Dinner in One. I kept out the parsley and added one 5-ounce container of fresh baby spinach. In the future, I'll add more spinach and use more garlic. If you get the book, there are additional ideas on how to "veg it up."
