I come from a place that prides themselves on smoked meat, Montreal. We’re known to know alot about this deliciously fatty and salty meat monstrocity, however, In Montreal, we eat our corned beef smoked, and with mustard ONLY. This recipe, isn’t that, this is taking the Montreal smoked meat sandwiches cousin, Reuben, and making it super easy and not time consuming at all, given the fact I used a pressure cooker for the meat.
