My FAVORITE winter pasta. Like the braised beef cousin to ragu bolognese, this one hits all the right spots on a cold day. Its very rich, tender, and warm in flavor. It's definitely something you'd want to make on a Sunday, or any day you're willing to spend hours in the kitchen. It's worth all the effort.

Ingredients
