This frozen mousse cake is inspired by the flavours of a Snickers bar. It has four layers: a soft hazelnut chocolate cake base, smooth dark chocolate ganache, a light peanut butter mousse, and a glossy dark chocolate glaze. Served with chocolate-coffee ice cream and optionally served with a coffee sauce, see notes below for more details. Difficulty – Medium
