A few months back I visited the Four Seasons in Vancouver and had an incredible post-workout cookie which was also super healthy at the same time. Hard to believe, I know. Considering all the faux-healthy treats on the market, this one was the real deal. I reached out to the chef and he was kind enough to send the recipe. I've put my spin on it and adapted the recipe.
