Hummus with Celery Leaf Chermoula
This is the same hummus recipe as the previous one, but this time we topped it off with a chermoula–a delicious Moroccan condiment made with herbs, garlic, and anchovies. I added celery leaf to mine, an ingredient that's often overlooked. All that's needed is some fresh pitas and you have the perfect bite. Shout out to Ben Gingi for this amazing pita recipe!!! It has never let me down. Note that the amount of hummus (2 1/2 cups) used in this recipe is less than the yield of the hummus recipe I provide (5 cups). If you'd like, make a smaller batch of hummus, or make more of the celery leaf chermoula. I understand that buying celery just for their leaves can be annoying too. Feel free to skip the celery leaf and double the parsley and cilantro instead!
