These yeast-raised doughnuts are wonderfully light, moist, and coated with a beautiful glaze that delivers a slight crunch. They even stay relatively fresh the following day, although they’re always best enjoyed on the same day they’re made. In this recipe, we replicate some of the techniques used in commercial doughnut-making but with more accessible ingredients for home bakers.
