This is a neat little dish that I've only ever seen Mummy make in recent years. Though she makes it for breakfast, I reckon it would taste nice for lunch and dinner too. :) The original recipe almost fills a 3 cup rectangular Pyrex (the smallest one). So if you want to serve this in larger quantities, you'd have to make at least 6-8 eggs worth.
