Typically Korean jjim is made with potato but as a proud Colombian 🇨🇴 I substituted yucca and it came out even better! Melt in your mouth tender pork in only 1 hour thanks to @cuckoo_america pressure cook setting! Of course much ❤️ to @eat.campogrande for always keeping the ear freezer stocked.
