Glenfield Pancakes
We absolutely love these pancakes! I initially fell in love with them because they remind me of the best pancakes that Abbu and I ever had: brunch at The Glass House in Edinburgh, Scotland. They aren't fluffy like typical Canadian pancakes, instead a bit more on the thin side which we prefer. Still soft, and of course, delicious. The more milk you add, the thinner they become. They're also eggless, perfect for those with allergies. In fact, we discovered them when when Isa was allergic. Inaya has added a lot detail to this recipe - so it's perfect for kids..and beginner cooks! :)
