An amalgamation of arguably two of the best sandwiches ever created. Anthony Bourdain’s classic fried mortadella meets the New Orleans muffuletta crispy, salty, punchy, and straight-up delicious. If you want to go all out you can use my caramalised onion focaccia recipe which is available if you search. Otherwise any focaccia will do.
