Este postre tradicional peruano es la fusión perfecta de dos preparaciones icónicas. Por un lado, tenemos un arroz con leche sumamente cremoso, endulzado con leche condensada y perfumado con especias. Por el otro, una mazamorra morada brillante, elaborada a partir de una infusión profunda de maíz morado, frutas frescas y secas, espesada delicadamente con chuño.
