Over the years I have tried vegan cheeses and spreads, often bought from the store and they’ve been delicious, however I’ve always wanted to try making my own and this simple recipe makes it so easy for beginners! This is a great healthy alternative as a 'cheese' option for anything you'd typically have cheese on, such as toast (like with moroccan dukkah as pictured) or on a cheese platter board, it's up to you. The taste is very subtle and soft, so it's enjoyable on most foods. After preparing, allow 12-24 hours for it to set in the fridge.
