Recently referred to as a "salad from Jannah (heaven!), it is always a big hit at our parties. I can't take credit though - the recipe is adapted from "My Halal Kitchen". Check it out for the original, as well as a gorgeous photo which will leave you craving it. I made some tweaks to suit our palette...including my insistence on Pakistani mangoes. Because when it comes to mangoes, I don't settle for anything less than the best! :)
