Another easy-to-make, versatile recipe that you can prepare in advance and have available throughout your 21 Day Reset when you don't have time to cook, or need a quick snack. All you need to do is bake them, thaw them, and freeze them. As with a lot of these recipes, there is an egg cup base that you will modify in all the ways that suit you. You can add different meats, vegetables, seasonings, whatever you desire--but don't add cheese.

Ingredients

4 eggs
Cooked meat of choice (if desired) sausage, bacon, chicken, ham, beef, etc.
Vegetables of choice: spinach, kale, green peppers, jalapeño, onion, green onion, mushroom, tomato, etc.
