I used the Cooks Choice “Sittin Turkey” Ceramic Beer Can to keep this Turkey as moist as possible. I used beer to infuse the turkey with a little extra somethin’, but you could use wine as well, or make your own flavoring liquid to add to the “Beer Can”. I highly recommend.
