El sandwich todo en uno si existe Somos Eli y Juli y cuando solo queremos usar un solo utensilio para ahorrar tiempo y lavar poco, preparamos esta receta La preparábamos mucho en la época en la que nos mudamos de ciudad. Tuvimos que hacer un ejercicio heróico de desapego que aunque doloroso nos dejó esta preparación como recuerdo Y es que definitivamente cuando te pegas demasiado a algo, el mundo se hace muy pequeño para crecer y volar.. Al hacerla, siempre usamos el wok de la línea Orión de Bergner con el cual tenemos la tranquilidad de que nunca se pegará NADA en nuestras preparaciones… Nos vemos en una próxima receta
