I've seen some folks refer to it as Cajun pasta, others call it Pastalaya, and a few even go with Rasta Pasta, though I have to respectfully disagree with that one. After some thought, I’ve decided to name it Jambalaya Pasta. But no matter what you choose to call it, one thing’s for sure—it’s a dish that’s sure to make regular appearances in your kitchen.
