Gochujang Pork
This gochujang marinade can be used for any type of meat but works especially well with pork or chicken. You can adjust the spicy level by opting in for chili flakes and gochujang with more or less heat. The sauce is so addictive and some say the best part is the soft caramelized veggies soaked up in the sauce. Combine that with a fresh spoonful of rice and a piece of meat on top as shown in the video? It is a flavour bomb in your mouth! With the barbeque season upon us, try this out to please the crowd!
