my-version-of-cici's-alfredo-pizza

This is one of my wife's favorite pizzas, so I'm determine to master it. You might be able to knock on CiCi's Pizza as a restaurant, but they definitely nailed the Alfredo Pizza. I'm still tweaking it but this was so good that it deserves to be shared. I'm not sure this is how they do it, but my method is to add the sauce on top to protect the cheese and keep it as creamy as possible. I used my New York-ish Dough recipe, but you can use any other dough recipe that you'd like.
