A different - and very tasty - take on cutlets. Thank you Nanu for this delicious recipe! We like to enjoy this with rice, or on its own as an appetiser or iftar treat. As with all cutlets, they are best when fried fresh, so if you are making ahead, Id's strongly suggest putting them in a sealed container and frying just before you're ready to serve. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven for best results.
