Red Wine Pomegranate Glazed Lamb Chops
These seared lamb chops are super festive and one of my favorite dishes to serve during the holidays. The red wine–pomegranate glaze is something I make for special occasions, and sometimes I switch up the protein. Here I went with lamb chops and added chopped pistachios and pomegranate for color and texture. The baby broccolini and creamy mashed potatoes pair beautifully with the lamb, and I can’t wait for you to try this.
