An innocent mint lemonade slushy turned naughty with the addition of Arak; a beloved anise flavored liquor served throughout Israel. It's slightly sweet, a bit sour, very herbaceous and oh so refreshing! The Arak adds a nice depth of flavor that pairs perfectly with the lemon and mint. Feel free to keep it virgin, its just as delicious without the Arak!
