An easy-to-make Fruit and Cheese snack perfect for parties or a lovely weekend. This recipe is from the lovely cookbook, "Selections From Betty Crocker's Cookbook", 6th edition, Published in Bantam Books, 1994. Note: Be careful when adding your ginger. Fresh or ground, the flavor can be strong and develop as it sits in the fridge. Start with 1/2 tsp and add more if preferred.
