A sweet summer treat, my Easy Ginger Peach Galette. Layered with sweet peaches, candied pieces of ginger, peach jam, and lightly sweetened with honey. And made using flakey, buttery, puff pastry. It’s beyond delicious, so incredibly easy, and always comes out of the oven looking pretty. You can’t go wrong with this peach galette recipe plus a scoop of ice cream. A wonderful summer delicacy!
