These suckers are so freaking good. I like to dip em in plain ol’ greek yog for some extra tangy protein, but you do you. They have an egg, cheese, and almond meal for extra protein and holding power.

2.5 tbsp ghee (I used the 4th & Heart pink sea salt ghee)
