Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina

by colturalmentejas 8 ingredients 6 steps

Today I would like to share with you this comfortable and tasty recipe. Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina is a big classic dish from Italian cuisine. Few ingredients but great taste. It will be the new family recipe, believe me! Way easier and quicker than a Lasagna, gnocchi Alla Sorrentina is a dish that your kids would love. Rich in flavour thanks to the Bufala mozzarella, the taste will bring you so quickly to the pizza flavour. As I already mention in my curry potatoes recipe, potatoes contain vitamin C and provide a good potassium ratio, which acts on the repair and formation of muscles and is responsible for the supply of oxygen to the brain. I like to use Rummo gnocchi for this recipe because they last well in the oven and they keep their shape also once cooked. Here in Amsterdam, I find them in the Jumbo supermarket. Cheese as well is as a special alliance for your kids, because of calcium of course but not only. Filled with protein, phosphorous and vitamin D, cheese is great for healthy bone growth! Actually more effective than drinking milk. So are you ready to try this recipe out?
