This Coconut cake recipe was given to us by a long time friend, and we've been making it regularly ever since..... but we just felt like it needed a little zing for special occasions like fridays, tuesdays or days ending in y. ... so we've used our fav lemon glaze icing and it was a dream!! icing recipe credit -the kitchen magpie cake recipe credit- Jay's Nan in this pic the icing was just icing sugar and lemon juice, but the recipe listed in the recipe turned out far superior!
