The MSG is not mandatory, this will still be delicious if you can’t find any. Lastly, make sure your chicken is par frozen, it is going to help keep your mix from becoming a gross paste and be on the side of a little more chunky. If you’re finding the par frozen disc a little hard to work with after it’s been out for a while, work intermittently in and out of the freezer to maintain your dinos shapes and to help keep it more pliable. You can freeze them once they’re cooked and reheat later in the oven!
